The Challenge
A modern agency trapped in a 2010 website.
The previous site was a set of static template .html pages: no Spanish, no online quoting and no document access — every task required calling the agency.
Fortitude's market is largely Hispanic, yet their website only spoke English. Quoting a policy, downloading a document or filing a claim meant a phone call during office hours — pure friction for a business that lives on lead conversion.

The Solution
A bilingual platform that works around the clock.
We rebuilt fortitudeins.us from scratch on a high-performance static architecture: a mirrored English/Spanish experience, light and dark modes, and the business tools built into the site — the real-time quoting system and the account center for claims and documents.
Forms reach the agency instantly via Resend, and Cloudflare handles traffic and security. Clients now quote, check and file claims on their own, at any hour — the agency advises instead of processing paperwork.
